PEP1 Unit 4 We Love Animals

一、教学目标：
1、知识目标
（1）引导学生正确的听说认读动物单词：monkey dog duck panda cat rabbit
（2）理解Act like…句型，通过用的指令来练习和运用有关动物的单词。
2、能力目标
（1）能见到各种动物，用英语说出它们的名称。
（2）能听懂Let's do中的指令，并能根据指令做出相应的动作。
3、情感目标：
激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学习英语的积极态度,使学生乐于合作参与，勇于进行交际实践。
二、教学重难点：
重点：掌握Let's learn 部分的单词。
难点：单词发音的准确性
三、教学媒体设计：
1、小学英语空中课堂远程教育，构建起了学校与internet之间网络管理、资源共享、远程教育等功能的教育平台，加快了新课程改革实验工作向纵深发展的步伐。
2、 小学英语空中课堂远程教育资源所提供的多媒体课件，情景生动，画面清晰、音乐优美，让学生在动画故事情境与语境中去听、说、唱、演，较好的解决了英语教学中语音教学的问题。借助媒体的情景、游戏等资源解决教学重难点，巩固教学内容的情景运用，提高课堂教学中学生学习的积极性。
3、 小学空中英语课堂是结合小学英语PEP教材，由湖北省教育厅组织省教研室、电教馆联合拍摄的，与教材课时紧密结合的教学课件资源。通过外籍教师的录像教学，提高英语教师业务素质，提高现代化教育技术应用水平。
四、课前准备：

2、动物玩具monkey ,dog ,duck, panda ,cat, rabbit
3、实物（书包、书、尺子、铅笔）
4、本课所学的单词卡片
5、自制课件
五、教学过程：
Step一、warm－up
1、CAI播放English song: How are you? S sing it together
2、Greeting!
3、播放空中英语课堂教学资源Let's chant 的录音（P9）S do it with T
(设计说明：通过唱英语歌曲及有节奏的chant营造一种轻松愉快的学习氛围)
Step二、presentation
●1、Teach new words and practice
(1) T show a big box, Call Ss guess “What’s in the box?”
Ss guess
T take a toy monkey say: this is a monkey, monkey
Call Ss try to read “monkey”
Then (TV) listen to the recording.
And follow the T read it
(2) Let Ss listen to the sound:汪－汪－汪
Ss : 狗
T show the toy dog
(TV) listen to the recording
Boys read, girls read
(3) Let Ss listen to the sound:嘎－嘎－嘎
Ss : 鸭子
T show the toy duck
(TV) listen to the recording.
Then call Ss try to read.
Follow the T read it
Check group by group
(4) Call S1 take a panda in a box
(TV) listen to the recording
Call Ss try to read it
Then call S1 to be little T.
(5 )Let Ss listen to the sound:喵－喵－喵
Ss :猫

●2、Game
(1) Who is quick？ (谁最快？)
T show animal cards, S say English, Which one is quickest?
Give S1 a smile face

(2) The mimicry show （模仿秀）
Call S1 mimicry the animals, Ss say English
（设计说明：游戏环节不仅巩固了新单词，而且锻炼了学生的反应能力和思维能力，并发展学生个性，同时为Let’s do 做铺垫）
● 3、Consolidation and Expand
T show a toy monkey say: I have a monkey.
E.g. I have a dog.
I have a duck.
I have a panda…
Call S1 say the sentence, if they are good, give the toy to them
Step三、Let’s play

Boys say : look! I have a dog.

七、教学反思：
本节课与常规教学最大的不同之处是充分利用空中英语课堂资源，合理发挥电视中第一教师的教授和课堂内第二教师的桥梁作用,使第一教学空间和第二教学空间有机的结合。这堂课的重点是词汇学习，如果教师纯粹地教，学生机械地学，而没有直观的电视录像和设计一系列的游戏活动来调动学生的学习积极性，那将是一堂枯燥乏味的课。正因为教师在词汇的教学过程中，巧妙地安排了“看电视，学单词；听声音，猜单词；看动作，说单词” 等一系列深受学生喜爱的游戏、活动，使得学生始终保持着积极的学习态度和学习热情，成为学习的真正主体。 |
