Small animals

Language focus:

Using nouns to identify animals.

eg:horse, bear, elephant, tiger, monkey, panda.

 

Language skills:

Pronounse, Word properly.

 

Materials:

1.      Word cards

2.      Picture cards

3.      Courseware

 

Pre-task preparation:

一.           Greeting:

T: Good morning, boys and girs.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Qu.

T: How are you?

Ss:I am fine, thank you.

 

二.           Lead in:

T:今天,我给大家带来了一首非常好听的音乐,请同学们仔细的听一听音乐里面有什么?

  ……

  (听完音乐一小段)

  This is a forest.森林里正在举办一场party. Some animals enjoy the party. Please guess. Which animals go to the forest party?

Ss:鸟、狗、兔子、……

1.      TParty is begin. Ding Dong, Ding Dong.(门铃声)Let’s have a look,

who is coming?

Ss: 马,horse.

T:  Oh, horse is coming . Now, together read after me “horse”

Ss: “horse,……

(出示单词卡片进行教学,单词与图片贴在黑板上)(group by group

 

2.      T:  Let’s have a look. Anyone else?

Ss: 熊,bear.

T:  Oh, bear is coming. Now, together read after me “bear”

Ss: “bear,……

3.      T:  Now, a animal come here. Please guess, who is it?

       Guess: It has two big ears.

             It has four strong legs.

             It has a long nose.

             But a little tail.

       Who is it?

       Who can tell me? Put up your hand.

   Ss: 大象,elephant.

   T:  elephant? Ok, together have a look.

       Oh, it’s really. It’s elephant.

       Read after me “elephant”.

Ss: “elephant,……”.

   (出示单词卡片进行教学,单词与图片贴在黑板上)(boys by girs

 

4.      T:  Who eles go to the ferest part? Together, listen carefully, who is it?

       It’s very fierce. Who is it?

   Ss: 老虎,tiger.

   T:  Yes, tiger is coming. Read after me “tiger”.

   Ss:  “tiger,……”.

   (出示单词卡片进行教学,单词与图片贴在黑板上)

   T:  Who want to be a little teacher? Put up your hand.

 

5.      T:  Look, forest party’s animals become more and more.

       Who is it?

       Guess: It’s so clever.

             It can climb tree.

             It likes to eat banana.

             Who is it?

       Who can tell me? Put up your hand.

Ss: 猴子,monkey.

T:  Yes, very good. Monkey is coming.

    Together read after me “monkey”.

Ss:  “monkey,……”.

6.      T:  Forest party begins. Now, there is a animal come here.

       Who is it?

       Guess: It’s big and strong.

             It has two black eyes.

             It likes to eat bamboo.

              Who is it?

              Who can tell me? Put up your hand.

     Ss:  熊猫,panda.

     T:   Yes, you are so clever! It’s panda.

          Together read after me “panda”.

     Ss:   “panda,……”.

     T: They are happy. Now, together look at the blackboard.

       Read after me.

       ……

 

 Post-tast activities:

 一.Practicise

 1.黑板上已经贴好图片和单词,带读几次。

 2.拿出单词卡片,由慢到快抽出卡片,让学生读出来。

 

三.           Games:

1.      Stick the words on the blackboard.

2.      I say Chinese, the group stand up and speak English.

 

Consolidation

 Together say chant <<Look>>, and do it.
